Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your order from NHNCE OFFICIAL. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.


Domestic Returns & Exchanges (Australia)

  • Eligibility
    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the order amount, excluding return shipping costs. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

  • Exchanges
    Exchanges are accepted within 14 days under the same conditions as returns. If you’d like to exchange for a different size or product, please go through your placed order and select "Refund/ Exchange."


International Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility
    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition/packaging.

  • Return Shipping & Duties
    International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Please note that original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Processing Times
    International returns and exchanges may take up to 21 business days to be received and processed.

  • Tracking
    We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds or complete exchanges for items that do not arrive.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery at returns@nhnceco.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. We’ll review your case and provide the best possible solution (replacement, exchange, or refund).


Non-Returnable Items

All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. These will be clearly stated on the product page.
